Plan

We will make a further appointment to measure up your house and prepare a set of plans.  We will also prepare a set of design plans for the new extension for your approval.  Once these have been approved we will submit them to the local Planning Department and liaise with them until planning is obtained.  After planning permission has been obtained we can prepare and submitted to the Building Control officer.  We also offer an additional service …  Learn more 

Build

We offer a Project Management service for your build where we will supervise the builders on your behalf and insure no shortcuts are taken and also resolve any problems that develop during the build,  We can also arrange direct labour and materials so as to leave you concentrate on your life in the knowledge your build is progressing on time and budget.
